Coming from a family background in real estate & construction, Jessica grew up in a family of Real estate Agents, Brokers, Developers, Architects and Engineers. She specializes in residential buying and selling in the Greater Atlanta Area with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.

When it comes to Atlanta and North Georgia real estate, Jessica admires the great cities educational institutions, lifestyles and is well versed in the qualities of what Atlanta and surrounding cities have to offer. Jessica is a second generation “Atlantian” growing up in midtown Atlanta, Buckhead, and Cumming, Ga. Her passion for animals stemmed from a young career as a Hunter Jumper rider training with some of the top equestrians in the country. Being a native to Georgia for over 30+ years has given her a great perspective on what it truly is like living in North Georgia. Jessica attended Brenau University in Gainesville, GA for Clinical Counseling Psychology and Georgia Perimeter College’s Registered Nursing program.

During her spare time, Jessica can be found spending time with her children and husband Derek, hiking, fishing, taking her pups to the local dog parks and trying out new restaurants! Jessica has leadership positions in community service organizations including The Jimmy Fund, CARE (Cooperative for Assistance and Relief Everywhere), The UN Refugee Agency, and ASPCA just to name a few. As a lover of all things Atlanta, Jessica lives in Acworth, GA in The Brookstone subdivision with her Husband Derek Carruth, Daughter Parker, Mother Katherine and 3 rescue dogs.

Her biggest asset is her determined pursuit of meeting her client needs and wants. She continues to evolve and adapt to the ever-changing real estate market with efficient, effective assistance.
