Dan started out in real estate in the mid-'90s as an investor/owner of multiple commercial properties. After wearing several hats, including being his own landlord for his properties for 18 years; he decided to get involved with residential properties. Out of over 80,000 Realtors nationwide in exp Realty, Dan has been in the top 8 or 9% for the last 5 years straight (2020-2024). When not doing real estate, Dan and his wife have been involved in foster kid ministries for several years, as well as church-related ministries and events. Their oldest daughter is currently in full-time ministry, while their youngest daughter helps run her and her husband's national accounting business.
