Tim McCabe is owner of McCabe Home Services Group, a residential real estate company with Atlanta Communities Real Estate located in Woodstock, Georgia. Tim is a graduate of the State University of New York, where he earned a BS in Economics. He has lived in Canton for the past 18 years and Cherokee County for a total 25 years.
Tim launched his career with Eastman Kodak Company working with photographers, processing labs and resellers across the US region. His photographic expertise led him to work with some of the nations top photographers as a mentor and teacher in universities and workshops across the country, at two Super Bowls and in the fashion industry in New York City. Tim served on the Board of Advisors for five years at The Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida.
Tim purchased a historic home that forced him to learn the skills of renovation. Two years later he became founder and owner of a residential renovation business servicing residential homes in the north metro Atlanta market. In addition to renovation services, his highly trained team created solutions and installed home performance enhancements such as green energy upgrades such as house sealing and water saving upgrades.
Residential renovation and sales led Tim to the real estate industry. As Director of Franchise Sales for one of the largest real estate firms in the world, Tim worked with business owners throughout the United States to obtain and establish real estate offices. His passion for business development allowed Tim to lead a group of consultants to expand that brand in Australia and New Zealand. Tim returned to the United States as a Realtor® helping buyers and sellers of residential real estate. His passion for excellence drives his team to provide the quality service his clients deserve.
