This License Law CE Class teaches you everything you need to know to maintain your real estate license in Georgia.

In this class, Attorney Bonnie Timms will walk you through Georgia-specific real estate law. Course topics include license maintenance, unfair trade practices, advertising rules, brokerage relationships and escrow.

Attendees must be present for the entire class in order to receive CE credit.

*This course satisfies the requirement for a three-hour course in license law as part of Georgia's mandatory 36 hours of continuing education for license renewal every four years.

Price: $10 in advance or $15 at the door. Lunch will be provided.
