In this class, Attorney Bonnie Timms will walk you through the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics guidelines. Course topics include a realtor's duty to their clients and customers, the public, and fellow realtors.

This course satisfies the requirement for a three-hour course in Real Estate Ethics as part of Georgia's mandatory 36 hours of continuing education for license renewal every four years.

This class will be held in person at Cherokee Association of Realtors office. Attendees must be present for the entire class in order to receive CE credit.
